PrimeLights guarantees product to arrive in brand new, undamaged condition. If shipping damages occur, please note with the shipper and contact our customer service immediately at support@primelights.com or 512-598-4961. PrimeLights will replace any product damaged in shipping with zero expense to the customer.

Return Policy

PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.

Good quality, great service

The surface -mount kit is well designed and of good construction; very easy to assemble. For my immediate need, the mount kit unfortunately did not fit the troffer lights I was installing due to the tall edge of the lights I had. For other types of lights with thin edge, these would be perfect and I will using these mount kits in the future with different lights.

The service from Primelights was exceptional. Order process was very easy and shipping fast. Response time and thoroughness to my inquiries exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to order from Primelights again.
