PrimeLights will replace any product damaged in shipping with zero expense to the customer.

Return Policy

PrimeLights will accept returns within 30 days on unused stock products. Buyer will pay freight upon return if PrimeLights is not liable for miss-order. If PrimeLights is liable, PrimeLights will pay freight. If fixtures are used a restocking fee will be applied. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we’re happy to clear up any confusion and issues on the phone. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization of seller.

its a good solid light.

like every light I have gotten from here, its a good solid light, well made and no issues once i get it installed. i put it in a public bathroom and so far no one has broken it.

the only problem i have every had with prime lights is actually the shipping. sometimes they go a little overboard with the boxing and staple the outer box to the inner box making it much harder to get one light out without completely disassembling the pile. so as long as you remember to peal off the outside box before you try to take out your lights you won't have any problems.
